Lotus House provides self-catering accommodation in one room units with a kitchen area varying in size according to the unit you book. The sixth floor has the largest units.The pictures on the web site are misleading the furnishings and decor look tired and the colour scheme isn't particularly pleasant, tends to look dirty which it actually isn't but the insides of cupboards are stained. Towels are provided and changed a few times a week but sheets and pillow cases are not provided. In my unit there was only cold water to the kitchen sink and no plug. The bathroom is a wet room so care has to be taken when the floor is wet. My wash basin had a crack across the top. It should be noted there are several steep steps up to the entrance but there is a lift in the building. The reception area needs a face lift but the staff...
