Lotus House apartments — Hotel in Hà Nội

Lotus House provides self-catering accommodation in one room units with a kitchen area varying in size according to the unit you book. The sixth floor has the largest units.The pictures on the web site are misleading the furnishings and decor look tired and the colour scheme isn't particularly pleasant, tends to look dirty which it actually isn't but the insides of cupboards are stained. Towels are provided and changed a few times a week but sheets and pillow cases are not provided. In my unit there was only cold water to the kitchen sink and no plug. The bathroom is a wet room so care has to be taken when the floor is wet. My wash basin had a crack across the top. It should be noted there are several steep steps up to the entrance but there is a lift in the building. The reception area needs a face lift but the staff...

Wow! What a horrible experience ha ha! I rented an apartment here for two months. Big, beautiful looking fridge when I signed the contract. After turning it on, it smelled of mildew/black mold. The owner refused to buy a new one. She looks like small child, I felt pity for her, so I let myself be deceived by her. Don't! She's just as money-hungry and ready to cheat as any scoundrel. I lived here for a year. The living room, bedroom and kitchen are all in one room so it's a little small. The staff are very lovely and can assist in English.
