Grandview Hotel & Residence — Hotel in Hà Nội

Our stay at the Grandview has made our visit to Hanoi a true pleasure. Our trip came close to a disaster when I left my cell phone in our Grab. We immediately went to the front desk and Patrick Lee immediately took charge and helped us to contact Grab customer service and the Grab driver. We were able to determine that the next customer had taken the phone when the driver didn’t know whose it was. Patrick called Grab back and worked with Grab to contact that second customer and when they were able to locate the phone Patrick immediately went to meet with him and get the phone. We are grateful for all the Patrick did to recover our phone. Customer service here has been amazing from the start and this was just another example of the great customer service. I had an excellent experience at the newly opened Grandview Hotel in Hanoi. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism—they were always ready to help, and their fluent English made communication effortless.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, offering a very comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast each morning; the selection was fresh and varied, with the daily noodle specials being a real highlight.

Really great place. Rooms are clean. And toilets are large with bathtub and lot of feature

Room food is more reasonably priced compared to others and have lots of nearby shops around.

However. One major complaint l have is the room door siren trigger. It happens whenever the door is closed

I find it to be troublesome and it needs to be addressed. If so Would prefer to give 5 star.
