I had an amazing stay. We stayed there for one month. The receptionists are really friendly and helpful, no matter what your questions is they will try to help you and will always give you good advices. They helped us with every difficulties foreigners has when coming to new country : getting a sim card, finding good homestay, reserving bus or hostel in Vietnamese, finding the nearby restaurants, giving advice on what to see in Hanoi and nearby, what to do during the weekend. They were really amazing and were lifesavers a lot of times, don't hesitate to ask them any questions, they will always be happy to help and show you what's best in Vietnam. We were able to enjoy our one month in Vietnam, more than we could imagine, thanks to them.
The appartement was nice with a nice view, and a housekeeper that can clean 3 times per week. In the building there is also a gym , you can ask for help to the receptionist to register. There is a supermarket and shopping mall near by and also places to eat, It is not far from the Lotte tower. It can take you up to 30min by bus to go to the...
Read moreWe stayed here for 4 weeks. On arrival we received a different room than booked. We payed a bit extra to get a Japanese Style room but they gave us a different room. The room wasn't clean. The kitchen cupboards were very filthy and sticky and the bedding looked like it had been on there for a while. We mentioned this straight away. I used their cleaning service once, but felt better to do it myself, although it was a bit challenging to find a broom sometimes. They also sometimes just walked into our room without asking, so we started locking the door from the inside. The addition costs for water and electricity were about € 75,- for 4 weeks.
The girls that work in reception are very friendly.
The area is very busy. There is a Lotte Mart at the end of the street, about a 5 minute walk. Good quality food and good prices. The air quality is really poor in this city, you might want to consider wearing a mask. It is easy to get a Grab to the Old Quarter, it will cost you a few euro's and it will take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. All and all...
