iRest Orange Tay Ho Lakeside Apartment — Hotel in Hà Nội

I had the pleasure of spending 9 fantastic nights at iRest Orange Tay Ho, and I can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable stays I've had. The apartment was absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and new, from the stylish furniture to the overall design of the space.

What really stood out to me was the peacefulness of the area. It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. I always felt comfortable and at ease during my stay.

The staff were exceptional, especially the receptionist who was incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. That level of friendliness and professionalism really made a difference.

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay in Tay Ho with excellent service, I highly recommend iRest Orange. I truly enjoyed every moment of my time there and would gladly stay again...

We had a great stay at iRest Orange and would definitely recommend it! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Having a washing machine was a great feature, but adding a clothes horse, ironing board, and complementary washing powder would make it even more convenient.

One issue we encountered was on the day we were leaving for the airport. The water supply was off around 4:30 AM and only came back at 5 AM, which was the time we had to leave. Unfortunately, this meant we couldn’t take a shower and had to brush our teeth using the bottled water provided. While this was a one-time issue, it did affect our overall experience.

Quiet and value for money! We arrived quite late 7pm, receptionist was nowhere to be seen but there is a super friendly security guard who accommodated us.

Check in was a breeze, the security got our info already and brand us to our room. And was very helpful in guiding how to enter the gate and exit, and also nice places to eat.

The room is huge! Lots of space and feels like my own home. From pots and pans to even a water dispenser, it's amazing value for money.

This serviced apartment hotel is on a quiet street on the lakeside. Very peaceful no hustle and bustle like old quarter which if you want is only 8 mins taxi down the road.

Overall would definitely come here and again, and a very value for money...
