Flat looks good on the photos. the location is quiet But still has the worst living experience in Hà Nội. Food smell enters the flat through the extraction hood in the kitchen. Several repair attempts didn't provide a final solution. Oil from the neighbors daily cooking dripping out of the blower motor. Mold is also a big issue, but apparently, a saisonal phenomenon.
