The cost of the stay was 900,000 VND (including breakfast and VAT). The room was nice, but there were multiple problems.

1. There was construction work going on in front of and next to the hotel, and it was difficult to sleep because the work started early in the morning at exactly 6:00 am. It is very difficult to stay overnight here because there are two construction sites adjacent to each other.

2. The batteries in the security box were dead and could not be used.

3. Trash in front of the room and broken hangers left in the room.

4. The drainage of the bathtub was very poor and the toilet also required constant pressing of the lever in order to flush.

5. There is no menu choice for breakfast, and you have to eat what the hotel provides. The breakfast I was offered was only two kinds of pho. No salad, coffee, or other drinks. I don't like pho, so I had nothing to eat.

I understand that the construction work in the neighborhood is not something that can be self-resolved. However, changing the breakfast menu to a selective menu, thorough cleaning, and improving the drainage function would be things that the hotel could resolve through their own efforts. Please do your best to improve things...

the breakfast was poor and disappointing, they don't have shower gel, they only have shampoo and conditioner, and they smell the same, so i was concern using it, maybe it was shower gel and shampoo but put in the wrong bottles. I don't know, seriously cannot tell by the smell. I booked a room with city view, they didn't give me one anh said that room was not available, i ended up staying the room facing the cement wall like a prison. they refused to give VAT invoice and said thay could only do it if i cancelled on Booking or i had to rate them 5 stars. eventually they gave me the invoice, but they cancelled the booking themselves. the staff told me if i left a bad review, they will in trouble with the manager.
