I extended my stay from 1 week to 3 weeks at this charming house because of the top service. At the beginning, I wanted to try different areas in Hanoi but soon I realized that I have already found the best place, the best area with so many local restaurants around the corner. Touristic locations can be intriguing from far but most of the time very disappointing. You can arrange a manual scooter with the host as they are always very supportive and attentive with their guests. It's very homely and I am happy I can wake up every day in such a comfortable bed and spacious room with natural light from the window. Vị trí khá tiện để đến các địa điểm tham quan, du lịch trong TP. Yên tĩnh, khu xung quanh trông có vẻ an toàn, gần ĐSQ Mỹ. Không gian thoáng, decor cơ bản nhưng rất có gu. Chị chủ nhiệt tình hỗ trợ từ phút đầu nhận phòng. Giờ nhận phòng linh hoạt, hoặc Home cũng hỗ trợ khách có thể gửi đồ nếu đến sớm hơn giờ checkin nên không sợ phải vất vưởng ở đâu đợi nhận phòng. Giá phòng mình thấy tầm trung, hợp lý. Mình ở phòng chủ tịch thì có máy lạnh và quạt ( phòng cơ bản thoáng, nếu mở cửa sổ thì bật quạt vẫn mát k cần máy lạnh), giường, đệm sofa, máy chiếu (nếu muốn netflix n chill), tủ đựng đồ siêu to. Cách âm khá tốt. Home ở trong ngách nhỏ nên nếu mong đợi view xịn thì không có nhé, view ra khu tập thể cũ nhìn khá chill kiểu HN. Home có bếp với đầy đủ dụng cụ, mng có thể mua đồ về nấu lun nhe Cô quản gia dễ gần lắm mng ạ. Ở đây thấy thoải mái như ở nhà í hihi :)) Gần Home có 1 hàng tạp hóa bán đồ khô với 1 nhà thuốc có thể đi bộ ra đc, cửa hàng tiện lợi thì hơi xa tí. Nói chung là chưa tìm thấy...
