Room is excellent for the price.

It was a definite steal, has a safe, TV with internet (please log out our netflix account on room 603, we might have forgotten to😂😂😂) , Wifi. We opted for honeymoon suite for the tub and hot water. With smoking option. The room was cleaned each day with our 5 day-ish stay plus they respected our stuff (there is a sign you can hang on the door if you don't want this option) Ex. The wife forgot to consume her burger then we left the room in haste, when we returned it was neatly put on the table😂😂😂 on a clean room. All towels replaced daily *Forgot to tip the cleaning people, sorry guys.

Customer service was stellar!

They know english, so that's a win For communicating well(we don't know Vietnamese)!

They even tip us on how to commute (to avoid being scammed by drivers, we use grab app, but drivers want to charge you via meter which is a no no!), providing alternative to save some money and some restaurants suggestions(my wife was looking for 🍣). And how to use the telco services.

Ask them what you want and need they are very helpful. And always smiling which is a plus!

Relative.. Well for us it served our needs perfect. We use grab app to go to tourist areas. Dong xan market(i may have butchered the spelling sorry)?? Is about 50k VD on grab app.

Breakfast

Wow! We ate like kings. We are breakfast people, but what they served was aaaaaalot!!! Posted the menu and some pics. We had coffee juice, fruit, salad, pancake, yogurt, sandwiches, then more juice that was everyday of our stay. it was glorious. Simply Awesome!

A bit of advice.. Talk to the employees, i was kinda afraid to at first but they are very helpful!

Show your gratitude with your pocket(use both hands as sign of respect). Its a shame if you didn't because they are wonderful and good people. They will be bashful accepting it. Just say "it is...

What sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service from the staff. Ann and Sophie were not only friendly and attentive but were proactive in attending to details in a way that I have not experienced before in my extensive global travels. They genuinely cared about the guest's needs and experience in the hotel and in Hanoi. What a great impression it gave me of Hanoi. ||The rooms are small but comfortable and immaculately clean, with a modern fit-out. The hotel is about a 10 minute taxi ride to the Old Town, in a working area of Hanoi - so there were no locals selling tourist items on the street. Restaurants, local markets, banks, all nearby in this bustling...

I just stayed at this hotel and the customer service was outstanding. The hotel staff including Anna and Sophia were always cheerful and friendly. They went above and beyond. When I took a taxi to the airport and the driver overcharged/scammed us I emailed staff at blue Hanoi and they called the taxi company to advocate on my behalf and they convinced the taxi company to send us a refund of the fare through PayPal. I also absent-mindedly left my medicine in the room after checkout and the staff mailed them to me in Saigon free of charge! ||||Lastly the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel looks and feels new. Will stay here again...
