Nice and clean rooms but poor front desk accommodation. The staff hardly speak any English. We booked and paid for four days upon our arrival. Check-in took about an hour as we struggled to communicate over Google Translate. The receptionists let us in our room without us asking for an early check-in. They had us settle the amount for four days. But to our surprise on check out, we were being charged for an extra day.
