Regal Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

[English below] Mã booking: 1602591477 Về phòng ở: Tôi đặt phòng Deluxe Double cho 1 đêm, phòng này khá bí và không có view ra hồ. Giá tốt trong phân khúc khách sạn giá rẻ. Có nhiều quán cà phê ở gần. Vấn đề: Tôi đến khách sạn vào khoảng 15h nhưng lễ tân thái độ với tôi báo là 14h chưa đến thì có quyền bán phòng cho người khác dù tôi đã đặt phòng từ trước mà không có bất cứ thông báo hay liên hệ gì??? Thêm nữa chưa có phòng do khách trước vẫn chưa đi dù thời gian trả phòng và nhận phòng là 12h-14h và bảo chúng tôi lên phòng 802 nghỉ trước, sau khoảng 1 tiếng thì tôi được thông báo là đã có phòng NHƯNG khi tôi vào phòng thì nhân viên vẫn chưa dọn xong phòng. Tôi đã đi xe nửa ngày trời để đến được đây và lúc đó tôi rất mệt mà lại không có chỗ nghỉ dù tôi đã đặt phòng từ trước? Khách sạn lại không có bất cứ hành động gì để bù lại cho tôi và lúc tôi phải rời đi vì công việc vẫn chưa có phòng. Ngày hôm sau khi trả phòng thì tôi đã phải thanh toán thêm khoản phí là 200.000đ vì trả phòng muộn, tôi có nói lại về vấn đề lúc check in thì lễ tân nói "số tiền bốn trăm hai này thì app nhận chứ cháu được đồng nào đâu" "cháu chỉ là người làm thuê làm theo lời ông chủ" , vậy là khách sạn không đưa bất cứ lợi ích gì cho tôi mà lại thu thêm tiền phí, lại còn không thừa nhận khoản tiền tôi đã thanh toán qua app từ trước? Tôi cảm thấy mình bị xúc phạm và coi thường! Tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại đây, hãy cân nhắc cẩn thận khi bạn đặt phòng khách sạn này!

About the room: I booked a Deluxe Double room for 1 night, this room was quite stuffy and had no view of the lake. Good price in the budget hotel segment. Many coffee shops close by. Problem: I arrived at the hotel around 3pm but the receptionist told me that if it was not 2pm, they had the right to sell the room to someone else even though I had booked the room in advance without any contact or notice??? Furthermore, there was no room because the previous guest had not left yet even though the check-out and check-in time was 12pm-2pm and told us to go to room 802 to rest first, after about 1 hour I was informed that the room was available BUT when I entered the room, the staff had not finished cleaning the room yet. I had been driving for half a day to get here and I was very tired at that time but there was no place to stay even though I had booked the room in advance? The hotel did not do anything to compensate me and when I had to leave for work, there was still no room. The next day when I checked out, I had to pay an additional fee of 200,000 VND for late check-out. When I mentioned the issue when checking in, the receptionist said "the app will recieve this amount of four hundred and two, I won't get any money" "I'm just an employee following the boss's orders", so the hotel didn't give me any benefits but instead charged me an additional fee, and didn't even acknowledge the amount I paid through the app in advance? I felt insulted and disrespected! I will never come back here, please consider carefully when you book this hotel! Definitely...

Great Budget Accommodation with great Buffet Breakfast. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The staff were very kind and polite. The room has wifi, good spacious room, overlooking the lake, good decent bed, desk to work, wardrobe to put my cloths in and TV in which I could watch EURO 2016. In the morning I used to have a real treat with the buffet breakfast, what makes this place great is that the staff will make you what you want for breakfast, eggs, in anyform or share and kind, milk, juice, bread, cheese, fruits I loved the breakfast. This hotel is rated 1 star. I would put it at higher than that but I guess the star rating involves restaurants, swimming pool, spas etc. none of which the Regal has. It does however have very friendly and helpful staff, clean spacious rooms, comfortable bed, tea and coffee, mini bar, breakfast room, good bathroom, cable TV and free Wi Fi. The location is good with shopping and cafes and restaurants nearby. We stayed here due to its nearness to RMIT university but still only a cheap taxi ride from tourist attractions....
