I had a wonderful stay at ha long star light hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to the bay and the city center. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast with banana pancake. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

The moment one walks in, there is a whif of mould smell, however overall good stay with basic essentials, hot shower, comfy bed and open air window! There is little noise you can hear from nearing neighbours in the morning but it didn't bother us at all. Affordable and close...

Ho alloggiato presso l'Hotel per tre notti e sono rimasto profondamente deluso. Fin dall'arrivo, l'atmosfera era inospitale. La receptionista sembrava più interessata al suo telefono che a fornire un servizio cortese ai clienti. Una volta entrato nella camera, ho notato immediatamente uno sgradevole odore di muffa che pervadeva l'ambiente. Il tappeto era macchiato. Il bagno era un vero incubo: sporco, con muffa sulle piastrelle e l'acqua della doccia che scorreva appena. Le lenzuola sul letto sembravano non essere state cambiate da secoli e non oserei nemmeno pensare a cosa potesse nascondersi sotto il letto.
