HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – Absolutely Unprofessional!

From the very beginning, the staff at the entrance showed a shocking lack of professionalism. A loud, rude hostess (the girl with a big face) insisted on sending our family down to the basement, even though there were plenty of empty tables upstairs in the main hall and on the upper floor.

The basement was unbearable: • Young waiters standing around in groups, ignoring guests • Service extremely slow and careless • Hot, noisy, doors left open with people walking in and out like a marketplace

We tried to order quickly just so the kids wouldn’t be starving, because we couldn’t stand sitting there any longer. Eating in that environment was unpleasant, and the food didn’t make up for the terrible service.

After finishing, we went upstairs again and saw so many empty tables still available — yet they deliberately forced families with kids and locals downstairs, while keeping the nicer spots for foreigners or older guests. Truly unacceptable!

This was a Tuesday lunchtime — the restaurant wasn’t even busy. No excuse at all.

Such a huge disappointment, especially when compared to Trọng Seafood restaurant next door, where we’ve eaten many times and always had excellent food and truly professional service.

I usually don’t give bad reviews, but this restaurant was so bad I had to after seeing how others said this place was great. I was also influenced to come here because of the good reviews on Google and multiple social media.

However, the food was really subpar. We ordered the shrimp, crab, fish, squid cake and seafood fried rice. The seafood fried rice had no flavour and each squid piece in the rice also has its plastic backbone in. The fried squid cake wasn’t even crispy and it was very oily. The crabs were tiny and didn’t taste very fresh. The shrimp were okay.

Prices are exorbitant. Charging 1million dong for 2 tiny crabs was crazy and the 0.5kg fish didn’t even feel like 0.5kg and came with many bones. And the worst part? The credit card machine was “broken” while we were here on a Sunday night.

Service was terrible as well. Upon walking in, a waiter spoke Vietnamese to me and I said English? He just turned around and walked away and didn’t bother to continue attending to me and my family. We had to remind them of dishes that hadn’t arrived (and wasn’t gonna arrive had we not reminded them) and some dishes took really long to...

Bad service and bad food. We ordered chicken leg, but they gave us chicken feet. I looked back at the menu and realized that the waitress took down the wrong dish. We told them that she ordered something we didn’t order and STILL made us pay for it! Didn’t even offer to give us a refund for their mistake. Not only that, nobody apologized nor was sympathetic about the issue and all the workers just stared like they didn’t have a care in the world about the customers’ opinions and only cared about collecting the money..
