Had a great 4 nights here! Staff were super friendly and helpful and we had our rooms cleaned and towels replaced everyday! They do recommend a few places for food/ tailoring but do of course do your own research (there’s probably some form of agreement between the businesses). We went with some recommendations because overall reviews were great anyway and had no issues! Room was comfortable and clean. Remember to bring your own international plug so that you’ll be able to use the plugs (I couldn’t use my Dyson hair dryer here because it just didn’t work with the international plug I had). Breakfast was simple yet comfortable (lots of fresh fruits) and the place was beautiful! They offer free bicycles for you to cycle around or you can opt for a motor bike (about ₫ 150k a day). However if you do opt for a motor bike, do note that they block off some areas in the city from 3pm onwards and only allow bicycles or electric scooters in. This means that you’ll have to find a place to park your bike (some places charge for parking) and then walk into the main market area. Location was pretty decent and easy to get a grab ride from - just that it’s slightly off the main area (2-3 mins drive / 10-15 min walk). If you’re walking, the area can be quite quiet at night/ super hot during the day so we mainly grabbed out or used the bike.

During our Vietnam tour, I had the opportunity to stay at Green Tea villa. We stayed 3 nights. Believe me this turned out to be one of the best decisions. We were in awe and wonder seeing super nice rooms. They were spacious and of highest quality. Upon arrival, We were greeted by the lovely staff of Green Tea Villa. Staff was so kind and welcoming. Linda was so helpful. She was so kind and patient to brief us about Hoi An and the attractions. When we landed it was past 3pm and raining, but they made feel at home by cooking lunch for us. Breakfast though not buffet style, they gave special attention our needs and made delicious banana pan cakes which kids adored. The location though a bit far from town centre, we never felt uncomfortable. Infact its better to stay at a peaceful place rather than in the middle of hustle bustle of town center. Never felt any difficulty with transportation. It was a breeze to get Grab taxi whenever we wanted to head to ancient town. Thanks to Geeen Tea Villa for making our trip to Hoi An so memorable. Cheerio!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Green Tea Villa in Hoi An, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The villa is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful setting, surrounded by lush gardens and nature, offering the perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are impeccably designed, combining traditional Vietnamese charm with modern comforts, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. What made the stay even more special was the incredibly kind and thoughtful staff. They went out of their way to ensure every detail was perfect, always offering warm smiles and helpful tips on exploring the local area. One of the highlights was that they provided us with bikes to ride around town, which was a wonderful way to explore the beautiful streets of Hoi An at our own pace. For anyone looking for a tranquil and picturesque place to stay, with outstanding service, Green Tea Villa is the perfect choice. Highly recommended! And thank you for having us 🙏🏼

Mir fehlen die Menschen dort jetzt schon...||||THANK YOU SO MUCH Green Tea Homestay!! ||Miss you all!!! I will definitely come back soon!||||With lots of love from...

It’s hard to put into words how good this place is! Everything was perfect from start to finish. A HUGE appreciation to all the staff from the owners who made us feel like family and Linda and Bic who are both so kind and do everything to make your stay great.

We were greeted by Linda and she gave us a welcome drink, all the information we needed about Hoi An and as our flight arrived very early she even got our room cleaned quickly so we could check in (very) early.

The rooms are huge. Bed and pillows are so comfortable and it’s so quiet - we had some of the best nights sleep we’ve ever had here. Rooms are also cleaned every day.

The hotel building is stunning and looks exactly like the photos, gardens and the pool area is kept immaculate. The pool area is so nice, comfy sun loungers, free pool towels and one day Bic saw us sat there and brought us a free drink!

Breakfast is great too. Lots of options and you can have as much as you want + they always give fresh fruit. There is a set menu but you can pick items off the menu and put them together to make your own breakfast so there is something for everyone.

I can’t recommend this place enough especially for the price and if we ever come back to Hoi An we will be staying here.

Thank you...
