It has been a pleasure staying at La Serenata Villa. The facilities here are wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, bright and airy. The villa has a communal pool which is clean and a lovely way to refresh after a sweaty day in Hoi An. Initially, we were supssed to stay two nights, however my boyfriend unfortunately needed emergency dental work. It was no issue at all for the staff to out us up for 6 nights altogether, which was very helpful. Breakfast was included in our rate and was delicious every morning. The staff here are amazing and do everythinf they can to help you! I cannot recommend this place enough and I am actually sad to be leaving. Strong 4/5. Nice apartment with great pool outside city sounds. Calm environment. You can have peace of your mind here. Huge room. Mini bar prices are similar to regular restaurant prices. There is balcony. Safe parking. Comfortable bed. Tv working fine. With bike you can reach Hoi An in 10minute drive. Within 5-10min walk there is nice cafe bars. Optional breakfast 2eur/person. What I didn’t like? Breakfast was poor, you order meal day before and one drink. Juice was only half glass, more water than orange. Poor taste meal 6/10. Trashy view from apartment balcony. I am aware that this is a budget hotel but if it wants to appeal to international traveller it needs to pay attention to detail. Our room was pleasant enough but only had 1 bedside lamp, broken cups, 1 chipped mug, 1 broken hanger and doors that slammed to the shower and loo. A second pillow would be nice too. The receptionist Anh was lovely and looked after us well but when she wasn't there, there was nobody there! We had to walk to a neighbouring hotel to get a Taxi one evening.
