We thoroughly enjoyed our two month stay at this wonderful 16 room family owned hotel. From the owner to the wonderful staff of seven we were made to feel very welcome and at home. Our room was overlooking the peaceful rice paddies all the better with a small balcony useful for drying clothing. We could not have wished for a cleaner room and the rooms were very well maintained. We even had occasion to see the cleaning staff scrubbing the floor with brushes. The shower always had hot water and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good for such a small hotel and the cook was very good at providing flavoursome meals. You were always greeted with a smile and a warm greeting from the staff and were ever so helpful with the local culture and foods. We found the location just far enough away from the busy Ancient Town and very convenient for eateries.Bikes are provided and we used these to go to the beach and explore various areas of Hoi An.It was always a relief when returning from a hot walk or bike ride to jump into the cool swimming pool. We have promised ourselves to return to Hoi An next year and to this hotel in particular as we felt we had left home when we departed. The long breakfast conversations had with fellow travellers added to our enjoyment of this hotel and we made many new friends.Congratulations on creating a wonderful hotel experience. We will see...
Read morewent for this place as it had connecting family rooms.. well it was more like 2 rooms with common locable hallway. Nice to have esp friends or family. its a bit outside the old town but still walkable (15min) or about 10 min by free bikes. Breaky was very good there with Western choice and custom noodles or omelette. Fruits pastries (reheat them) and lots of coffee there. Nice to sit on patio facing front if not too hot. Very reasonably price. There are a few places we ate next to it. One just north (Banh Xeo) local joint - everything 80k or less and only locals. The other place was a real local seafood place the other direction. Very cheap stuff and only locals. Don't miss the shell fish stand with yummy snails/claims in front of hotel (good and cheap) ... just buy some and eat in hotel lobby - grabbing some beer next door also. Pool is nice for refreshing dip at night after long day. No body there the times we visited so nice. Excursions bit more expesive via hotel but airport transport ok. Use bikes to go Bang An beach - 15-20min ride thru rice paddies. This is why we chose this place as it was in the middle of beach and town. Also we took bikes to Coconut boat area. Maybe about 30 min thru rice paddies and side road.

Read moreThis is a truly special hotel, and the main reason is the amazing owner, Mr. Cuong. He is such a kind, thoughtful, and genuine person who clearly cares deeply about his hotel and guests. Every morning, he arranges fresh flowers, cleans the tables after breakfast, and makes sure everything is just right. You can feel the love and care he puts into every detail.
Because Mr. Cuong sets such a warm and kind atmosphere, all the staff reflect that too — every single person working here is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The team is truly wonderful.
The hotel itself is small and very clean. The rooms are new, cleaned daily, and always stocked with drinking water. There’s a TV with YouTube and other streaming options, and the Wi-Fi works well throughout the hotel. Everything is neat and well-maintained.
Breakfasts are great, and the staff during breakfast are also lovely people. We really felt at home here.
Sometimes we walked to the Old Town, sometimes took a taxi when it was too hot. Walking is totally possible and pleasant — we had no problem at all getting around on foot.
I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and such a warm and caring...
