My friend and I booked a queen bed and stayed here for 2 nights after missing our flight. The apartment was very spacious, and out first impression of it was that it was quite clean. I also enjoyed the pool and the gym areas, and the fountain/goldfish pond were beautiful.

However, while staying there, we saw 2 baby german cockroaches (implying that they are reproducing), which are notorious for being one of the worst pests to have. I know that these are all over Viet Nam, but for a hotel advertised as having 4+ stars on google and tripadvisor, I expected much better. Also, because I went swimming, I wanted to let my 2 articles of clothing -- nothing crazy, just a bikini top and shorts-- hang out of the window overnight to dry, but at 6am we were awoken by lots of knocking on our door, which ended up being the workers telling us that we can't leave clothes drying out the window. If this rule must be enforced, that is fine, but why are you disturbing your guests so early in the morning over something this trivial? Couldn't this have waited until later in the day? I wish they would have more consideration for their guests, and also this was a weird rule to have considering that this is common in VN. Maybe they just have this rule because it was...

The location was not easy. I won't recommend to walk from the airport. I tried but gave up and took a taxi in the end. It was quite hard to pull out my suitcase. If you only have bagpack or something, you would be able to make it.

I stayed one night here. The receptionist was friendly and kind. The room was clearn and comfort. There was a king size bed. Also, amenities in the bathroom and coffee in the kitchen.

Some power outlets did not work or it was just because a kettle I used was broken. I don't know. I was in rush and couldn't check it. I couldn't boil water but I grabbed a water bottle instead. In the bathroom, I felt like shower was not warm enough. The temp was like 37-38°C. It's ok, the temp in Vietnam is warm anyway. There was no dryer. I couldn't wash my hair. Instead, I used a disposable shower cap included in the amenities.
