Starbucks IBIS — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I dont complain about the drink itself, but the staff and the whole atmosphere.

SB is collaborating with visa for end users so customers can have 20k discount on every drink. I came with my own cup and they said the card device is out battery so aha, no discount for u. Like duh? It was 11 am in the morning, the store had the whole morning to do it? They wrote the paper invoice for us instead. I guess with the devices out of battery, so did everything in that store?

The store itself was messy with boxes everywhere; the stroller was at the door when we got it, blocking the whole way.

When the staff finished making our drink, they didn’t call us out. They just left it there and we, because had waited for too long, had to go out and see. When asked, no one said anything, didn’t mutter any apologies. Mind everyone, it wasn’t the first time; last time when we went there, it was the same thing.

I dont know what happens with this branch, the staff is unfriendly, chatty with each other and didn’t seem to focus on service like other branches. Im super disappointed, i go to SB at least once per week so i know how the normal standards would be and have the nearest one next to my place like this...

Extortionate pricing. Poor quality and service. The waiter gave two misleading size options, medium and large, without saying that medium is the most expensive one in the menu. I can imagine ‘large’ has the price going off the chart that they can’t print it on the menu. The shop wasn’t crowded but always noisy with staff going about their work and their talks. I ordered tea with honey and the drink was mediocre. You need to give your email address to have steady uninterrupted internet access. This is even lower in terms of service than an average coffee shop that costs...

Well this really close by the airport. Not to busy and super clean. Was line-up with one person to in-front of us. As long as done just about to move up and there's a couple walk right up cut the line. The girl staff is amazing, telling the couple right away that we were here first and was standing in-line. Bravo the staff here. The guy took our order with good English speaking fully understand what we're order. The drink is pretty the same as we got in...
