This feedback is addressed to the owner(s) of the property and any guests who are concerned about privacy, particularly women. I am extremely frustrated with my stay at this hotel and feel compelled to share my experience about the poor management at this location.
First and foremost, a guest’s privacy being breached by your organization is a serious matter. I requested a contract extension and asked a local speaker to connect with the sales office, only to find that my personal activities during my stay were disclosed without my consent.
Additionally, the noise disturbance caused by phone notifications going off from 3:30 AM to 6 AM by the evening staff was not addressed until well over two weeks into my stay, despite my repeated and polite requests. This issue was only finally resolved after nearly 2.5 weeks into my month-long stay.
On top of this, the management team failed to respond to my requests to speak with someone in authority. Instead, I was offered a gift—which I declined, as I am not interested in gifts, just service.
The disturbances persisted for days until I threatened to write this review. Your night attendant cleaning the premises with a water hose and broom at 2 AM is completely unacceptable. While I understand that cleaning is part of the staff's duty, doing so in the middle of the night when guests are trying to sleep is inappropriate. The management attempted to justify this, but it only highlights a lack of consideration for the guest experience.
I flew in internationally, and adjusting to the time zone was difficult enough, but being woken up by phone notifications and water hose cleaning at such late hours was unbearable. This issue is not the staff's fault, but a clear reflection of poor management and a lack of understanding of customer experience. Have you even reviewed the phone calls and text messages I sent during the night? I repeatedly contacted the lobby to address the noise, but it continued relentlessly from 3:30 AM to 6 AM for 2.5 weeks.
Despite receiving numerous apologies from management, the issues persisted for over two weeks. The experience they deliver, or rather, the aggravation caused to customers during their stay, is not worth the premium rates they charge. The hotel manager apologized for my bad experience during my stay but did not forget to blame me for booked and checked in at night. I had to edit the review to 1 star for this reason. I believe that when I contacted during the check-in time as announced by the hotel, it was unacceptable for the staff to have a less friendly attitude towards guests.
This place is quite hidden and private. Thus, the architecture here is also very impressive - in modern, minimalist and elegance vibe. So, if your request is simply a nice place to stay with basic amenities, this would be a good place to try. However, I had a bad experience when checking in, so if you need more than a nice place to stay, consider it. Problems I have encountered include: Unable to contact the hotel in advance via hotline: I booked and paid in advance, then to be sure of the check-in plan, I proactively contacted the hotline 4 times but failed - of which, 2 times I called via The phone number provided on agoda is unreachable, 2 times calling the phone number on the website no one answered the call. Unable to contact the receptionist to check-in and the staff's attitude was indifferent and unfriendly: When I arrived at the hotel, I could not call the receptionist to open the gate (the gate locks automatically, someone must operate it or use access card). The reception desk was unmanned and the hotline could not be called. I had to wait about 15 minutes and a staff member accidentally walked out and saw me. After opening the gate and knowing that I could not contact the hotel and waiting at the gate, the receptionist did not apologize and just gave me the room card in a sloppy manner. The receptionist's attitude was also very bad when I asked about information about the convenient services the hotel provides. The buidling has its vibe- calm and clean. Its location is perfect for reaching to other popular destinations within 15 minutes. The front yard is beautiful, however, it's a little slippery after raining. I nearly fell off when riding to park my bike. They provide the self laundry service room so you can clean the dirty laundry. It's a plus for the brand and for the affordable nightly rate (I think so). They also clean your room every 2 nights, but I did not have a chance. Compared to other same-branded properties, this does not have any swimming pool or a bar/ restaurant. But that is enough accordingly to my opinion. Great front desk, super professional, friendly and polite. I forgot her name but surely she would be loved by every guests. Everyone is so polite. The room is enough, neat, clean and is equipped with a fridge, kitchen with other basic amenities. Eventhough this trip is only for 1 night, but I felt recharged and relaxed after stay.
