I got a chance to experience two room types at M Village: the studio and the duplex. The studio, located on the first floor, was noisier compared to the more private duplex on the third floor, which I personally preferred.
The hotel’s internet connection was strong, and the beds were soft and comfortable. However, the rooms could use a bit of maintenance, particularly with wall paint and drainage.
The staff’s hospitality truly stood out to me. Huge thanks to Phương, Duy, Thi, and Lợi for their exceptional service - they were polite, attentive, and accommodating. They always adjusted their cleaning schedule to fit mine, and responded quickly and courteously to any request. Duy even shared some local tips and recommended places to buy Bánh tráng trộn. Thanks to each of you, my stay felt like being at home rather than...
Read moreI have to give a shout out to the manager Tram who has been so amazing at her job. Whatever they are paying her, they need to pay her more to keep someone like her who treats her staff with kindness and her guests like kings and queens. I had a few issues with the room that were more personal preferences and she drove me around on her motorbike to show me other properties that would be more suitable for me. She wanted to make sure that I was happy. I love M village and the company hires the right people who treat their guests well and they keep doing this, they would upend the hotel business here in Vietnam. This property is very well managed and clean and a great property in the hands of Tram and her team. If you are clumsy like me and want more of a window to the outside, I would not recommend the...
Read moreI have stayed in M Village Le Van Sy branch for 5 and a half months and I will stay another 6 months more! The people that work here (Ms Tram, Ms Nhu and Ms Heo) are kind and genuine. The Wifi is amazing. The building is always clean and smells fresh. If there is anything wrong with anything in the room, they will fix it immediately. When I was looking for a place to stay, a lot of low rise buildings (which is what I preferred) has a prison like entrance with grills and padlocks, but M Village Le Van Sy has the most welcoming and calm entrances you will find with many plants and natural light. They even showed up at my door with a cake and a bouquet of flowers on my birthday. Thank you for having me. I really enjoy staying here. It...
