KFC — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I visited this KFC with my fiancé, we had been here before and been served undercooked chicken but we were in a hurry and needed a place with an AC and restroom. i ordered a zinger burger and she ordered a piece of fried chicken. i was very hungry so i quickly took a few bites until i looked down and noticed it was a dark red almost purple it was so raw.

I was shocked so i asked the staff about it. They proceeded to send the manager over to try and explain. She told us that its that way because its “so fresh” and that my fiancé’s fried chicken was the normal color because it was frozen ( She was extremely condescending while trying to tell us how wrong we were). She argued with us to “just eat it” for a few minutes until my fiancé got her to replace the burger with a piece of fried chicken. Unfortunately i had already eaten a substantial portion of it, so starting a few hours later i was struck with absolutely horrible food poisoning. It’s been two days and i still feel extremely sick. I haven’t been able to eat anything until today and I’m still not feeling well. recently had lunch at KFC in District 3, conveniently located within walking distance from the Ramada Saigon Hotel. As always, KFC lived up to its reputation—consistent, tasty, and a top choice for quick meals. One thing I appreciate about KFC in Vietnam is its locally adapted menu, which offers some unique options compared to India while keeping the classic favorites.

I ordered my usual go-to meal: crispy fried chicken and the Rice & Chicken Combo with a soft drink. The chicken was perfectly crunchy and juicy, just the way I like it, while the rice combo was flavorful and filling—ideal for a satisfying lunch. The portion size was generous, and the meal was served fresh and hot.

KFC is my first choice when I need a quick, reliable meal, especially when other options are limited. Whether it's the familiar taste or the efficient service, I know I can count on KFC for a good experience. Though I took my food to go, the restaurant appeared clean and well-maintained, as expected from the brand.

Hello cả nhà KFC.... Mình tạm đánh giá 5 sao và có 1 số ý kiến riêng nhé. Hôm Chủ Nhật mình có ghé qua cho bé chơi do chi nhánh này gần nhà có cái cầu tuột. Thái độ nhân viên nói chung đông khách nên mình cũng không xét nét cho lắm. Nói chung tạm ổn. Về hôm đó có 1 tiệc sinh nhật có 1 sự việc sảy ra là không biết con ai ói 1 đống ở trong khu trẻ em chơi, thế là rất lâu không ai dọn. Phụ huynh thì im lặng coi như không biết gì ( tùy ý thức thôi mình k chấp nhất) . Thế là đợi mãi không thấy nhân viên nào dọn, mình đành xuống dưới quầy nhờ 1 bạn lên dọn để cho các bé chơi. Nhân viên mới nói 1 bạn mới vô dọn ( do không mặc đồng phục chỉ có quần áo sơ mi) dọn xong mình cảm ơn bạn đó nhé. Còn lại các bạn khác cứ nhìn như con mình ói vậy á. Mình cũng không giải thích, mình chỉ lưu ý các bạn làm trong dịch vụ nên cố gắng quan sát và khắc phục sự cố nhanh nhất có thể nhé. À mình có quan sát hình như không có camera ở khu vực đó.
