The Pizza Company 333 Lê Văn Sỹ — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

So I am visiting Vietnam from Australia and have been to a few restaurants in the past month and tonight we visited this restaurant because it was children day today so we thought we would spoil the 3 kids with what ever they decided to want for dinner this was their choice.. So we got there about 7.30 and the restaurant was very busy but they said they had a table for the five of us upstairs so we made our way there and took out seats. So we did get our meals and what we got was and looked and tasted amazing but most of the order was wrong but we enjoyed anyway. So when the bill time come I think that the staff noticed we were a little bit upset and sent the Store Manager up to ask if we were ok and satisfied with the service so we decided to have a chat with him and explained all that had happened and he was so sorry and apologised over and over and said that that is not the experience he wanted us to have and said that he would not be giving us a bill but we told him that is not the reason we were telling him about our experience but he insisted and told us the whole meal would be at no charge. This made me feel very impressed with this young manager who I thought was so professional in the way he handled our situation and do I told him that we would except the meal but also told him we would return tomorrow night to again have our dinner there the food we got was all amazing and at least we can show him that we appreciated his offer and return. Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at The Pizza Company, located beside Ramana Hotel Saigon in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I tried their Pasta Shrimp Rose, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The dish was beautifully presented, with a rich, creamy sauce and perfectly cooked shrimp that complemented the pasta wonderfully.

The ambiance of the restaurant is clean and comfortable, making it an ideal spot for people who enjoy pizza, pasta, and a good selection of drinks. The seating arrangement allows for a relaxed dining experience, whether you’re visiting solo, with friends, or family.

Food was quite average, nothing special. Ordered Aloha pizza and spicy seafood spaghetti; pizza was oddly sweet while spaghetti is normal if not average. The portion is much smaller than what is reprented by the pictures.

I know this place is air-conditioned and yet it was quite hot.

What I found most unpleasant about this place is the service. Slow at taking order, billing, and resolving problem. Furthermore, I ordered 3 "ice tea with peach" and the menu given to me specifically say 25.000d per glass. When the bill came, the price for the tea was 117.000d rather than 75.000d. Turned out that 25.000/glass was actually 'ice tea without peach' and if you choose peach along with it then there will be an extra 14.000/glass making it 39.000/glass. Waiter didn't bother to explain and the menu itself was very misleading.
