Mai Phương Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

This review is for a transport service provided by the hotel. I recently utilised the driver service provided by Mai Phương (Ruby) Hotel to transport my friend from Tan Cang - Cai Mep Container Terminal (TCCT) to Ho Chi Minh City and back, from 6am to 8pm, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the service was impeccable, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey covering a distance of 296 kilometres.

I was immensely impressed by the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the hotel staff when arranging the transportation. The ease of booking the service and the promptness in confirming the details was highly commendable. They were accommodating and attentive to my requirements, ensuring a seamless experience right from the outset.

The driver provided by Mai Phương (Ruby) Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Not only was he punctual, arriving right on time at the designated pickup point, but his driving skills were exemplary. Safety was undoubtedly a top priority throughout the journey, which provided a sense of reassurance and peace of mind.

Furthermore, the vehicle itself was a testament to the hotel's commitment to quality service. It was not only impressive but also meticulously maintained. Cleanliness is an aspect I greatly value when traveling, and I was delighted to find the vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for the entire duration of the trip. We were offered water as well.

The journey to and from Tan Cang - Cai Mep Container Terminal (TCCT) to Ho Chi Minh City can be quite a distance, but thanks to the comfortable seating and the overall ambiance within the vehicle, the long journey felt remarkably smooth and tolerable, even enjoyable.

Có 3 loại room, nhưng cứ chia thành 2 nhóm cho nhanh: Nhóm phòng cửa sổ hướng mặt đường ĐĐ: 100k/1h, 30k mỗi giờ thêm Nhóm phòng mặt lưng: 80k/1h, 30k mỗi giờ thêm Thích yên tĩnh nên chọn phía sau nhé. Cũng không ồn ào gì mấy. ╮⁠(⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠)⁠╭

✓ Phòng này là phòng Deluxe 80k(nghe bảo thế), có bed cũng lớn, không gian phòng ko quá chật. Nội thất có vẻ mới và ko bụi. (⁠｡⁠•̀⁠ᴗ⁠-⁠)⁠✧

✓ Nhà vệ sinh sạch và rộng (như hình). Nước vòi sen sẽ hơi yếu nha. (⁠◡⁠ ⁠ω⁠ ⁠◡⁠)

✓ Bị cái 1 số trang thiết bị hơi cũ (kiểu rỉ sét 1 ít ấy), bảo trì lại là đẹp. Cái tủ lạnh giao diện nhìn hơi bị cũ á •́⁠ ⁠ ⁠‿⁠ ⁠,⁠•̀

This is the nicest hotel in Ho Chi Minh city. We loved the people, staff and the room is spacious. They have lift too.The host is cooperative and sweet. Clean, comfy and perfect location for stay as a family and friends....
