Montana H & Apartment Saigon Airport — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

The walk from the airport takes like 15min. You have to cross some streets which are definetly not made for pedestrians but you can get there. The night shift was able to check us in in at around 3 in the Moring which was perfect

It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the payment. We assumed that the payment is done automatically from our credit card which we told the night shift. This was no problem and we checked in. At 7 in the morning (so like 4h after arrival) we got furiously knocked out of our sleep - when i opened some female hotel employee looked buffled at me and ran away (super weird situation). Like an hour later she came back and angrily raged how we need to pay them immediately as this is the hotels policy. As only cash was an Option we were in need to get that cash after being 5h in the country. This situation was handled in the worst kind of way. With this kind of misunderstanding we would understand if we get a notice when checking out or at least a more kind of notice but this was just the worst behaviour making you feel like a crook - while the location is good and cleanlines and interior are good enough for a night i wouldn't go there again because of the...

The check-in at 3 a.m. went smoothly. However, four hours later, we were rudely awakened: A staff member knocked on our door, and after we opened it, she disappeared without a word. Shortly afterward, she returned, raised her voice, and demanded immediate cash payment, claiming that the payment had not been processed automatically.

After a long flight and little sleep, we had to go straight to the bank to withdraw money. This could have easily been resolved at 12 p.m. during check-out, rather than at 7 a.m.

The whole situation was unnecessarily stressful – a friendly reminder would have been enough. While the hotel’s location and cleanliness are okay (a 15-minute walk from the airport), I would not recommend it due to the unfriendliness...

We don’t recommend this place. Really bad service, the reception girl was rude and not friendly. We ask for early checkin and she told us that we have to pay 50k for every hour before the checkin ( that is more of the room price ) we can understand that we need pay a fee, but by hour is crazy.

I felt sick for an intoxication and she really doesn’t care, the room was ready but we need to pay.
