Palas House by Cozrum — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Harrowing experience. Couldn't get out of the basement in the early morning and no instructions provided on how to open the shutter. Finally text msg arrived 15 mins later which told me to press button on the wall .. which I tried but couldn't work. Had to get the driver to help me retrieve remote controller to open the shutter. Reached airport 30 mins late for checking in. Also a sloping gradient makes it difficult to pull luggage up especially when it's wet and slippery after a rain last night. Room no toilet paper provided. Empty bottle of mineral water and used tooth floss found near the bed. Those with early morning flights before 7 am pls be aware of this shutter issue and those with elderly and young kids especially wrt slope on rainy days.. hard for luggages to pull back upwards. I almost slipped downwards with my luggage as floor was tiled with ceramic so also making it less...

Scam, I booked and paid for my room, I came to to place and there is no one you can talk to check in, after looking and asking around we found a note with some contacts so I called the number but no answer, so I texted them and they ask me to send my picture passport, so I didn’t feel comfortable sending that so i call a cab and go somewhere else. So I didn’t get refund because they said I wasn’t show up. Be very careful...
