We arrived at the hotel and we used their transfer service that met us, the hotel receptionists are lovely, one spoke good English and was very hospitable. We had booked a sea view room which they didnt have when we got there so we were on the first floor which was a tad noisy from the very busy street below us, after 4 days they moved us up to the 10th floor much quieter with a lovely sea view, very nice spacious rooms and clean towels every day and smelt lovely every time you entered. The tv in the room was faulty so we reported it and it took them 4 days to repair it but you dont go on holiday to watch tv. Breakfast was a bit of a fight in a morning only 5 tables too small for the size of the hotel but food was nice enough and there was an egg station. There was building work across the street and behind the hotel but I think you will struggle to find somewhere where building work is not happening, Nha Trang is a building site at the moment with lots of building work going on it is definetly an up and coming place, very cheap drinking and eating and shopping although not a lot to chose from only one big shopping mall and a rather dirty market there were bargains to be had but you have to barter, all in all we loved Nha Trang, beach is beautiful very windy but favourable temperature for late January/February. Omars Indian Restaurant just around the corner was fantastic please give it a try you wont be...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I stayed 4 nights in a a double room "with breakfasts." Unfortunately, we were never given a breakfast option during our stay and couldn't find anything that resembled a restaurant or kitchen within the hotel. The room was very clean and nice, everything was functional, and although some of the front desk staff spoke very minimal English, they were usually efficient enough communicators to get the job done. The hotel itself was decent value for the money and in a great location just off of the main strip of Nha Trang. However, there was a power outage from 5AM onward one morning (the staff said that it might be on sometime in the afternoon and it indeed was on by the time we returned to the hotel around 12). There was also a rather noisy construction site next door, and work started around 6 AM until 9PM weekdays and weekends alike. The hotel corridors themselves were also quite loud, and you could hear neighbors coming and going throughout the entire stay at all hours of the night. Overall it was actually a good hotel, but there were a series of unfortunate coincidences that impacted our...
Read moreWe stayed there for one night only(we should stay more night). ||First of all, we arrived from Hoi An in the early morning. We understand that early check in could be impossible. The front desk was really generous, he promise to give us the room around 9am (we arrived around 6.30am) without any early check in fee. And he did it, when we returned around 9.05am, the room was ready for us! ||Our room is deluxe with partial seaview, without balcony(but it ok for us). Look like new renovated, 30sqm, the bathroom also big and clean, with a clean and new bathtub. |One thing need more training is housekeeping. After few minutes we checked in, the housekeeping lady open our room without knocking the door and ring the bell. The lift is super slow(our room is located at 10floor)||Breakfast place was at the other hotel, 6floor. It was a small buffet breakfast, mixed Western and Vietnamese cuisine.||Laundry was a bit expensive, 1kg is like 35,000VND, although is normal price in Vietnam||Overall, I...
