Nevahotel — Hotel in Nha Trang City

DON’T STAY HERE!! The bed has a lot of ants when I complained they said they’ll put ant pray but that did not help at all when I gave them a good ant killer to buy they said they are unwilling. A large lizard entered my room and I had to change rooms and the room I changed to had a bed with a strong fish smell the maid came and basically just sprayed perfume on it and the fish smell remained. I decided I had to leave because of all the issues. But they charged me the daily rate when I agreed on the monthly price not the daily rate and wouldn’t refund me. they asked another customer about the ants and she said that she sucks them up with a vacuum. They just gave a bunch of excuses to their problems and blamed and gaslight me and told me it wasn’t a big deal till I started telling customers that walked in about their issues and suddenly it is a big issue that I shouldn’t be talking about and they gave me a refund so I could leave. Отель неплохой, но рядом какая-то дискотека, музыка гремит весь вечер. Громкость такая, что невозможно поговорить по телефону, не слышно. Ужасный шум с 7 до 10 вечера, засыпаешь с головной болью. Об отдыхе речи...

Никому не посоветую этот отель. Рядом тайский ресторан, в котором музыка каждый вечер гремит так, что оглохнешь. Ужас!...
