Xavia — Hotel in Nha Trang City

It was a great experience staying in this hotel. Value for money. Will revisit. The room was clean, tidy, equipped with all things you would need for a short stay like tivi, fridge, safe, working table and chair, sandals, bathing stuff, a bathtub in bathroom, especially an amazing sea view and city view. Small tea table is put on the balcony, sitting out there with a tea pot and enjoying the seaview, that is much more than just a good leisure time. The gym room is well equipped, next to the swimming pools, therefore has a nice and open view. The swimming pool is open space, halfy outdoor, towels are served by a staff, with some music, chairs looking towards to the sea, that's enough for an afternoon swimming. The reception area is wide, with lot of place for you to comfortably sit when waiting for the check in/out. Location is good, next to the beach, in the busiest street in Nha Trang, surrounding by several food shops. The hotel also has its own restaurant next to the hotel. The breakfast is ok, it is a buffet. Staff are friendly and helpful. What I impressed the most is the guys who take care of car parking, we parked our car outside, in the morning it was very sunny and hot, he put in our car's windshield an cover, before we left he removed the cover and also cleaned the windshield, that helped a lot. New hotel. Location is ok if you prefer the beach as it was not as crowded as other hotels at the main city area. 2km aways which you can hail taxi or walk within 15minutes.

Price is average. Breakfast is included. Awesome choices. I loved the sticky rice.

I managed to book superior double (the cheapest) and tried to book the same for my friends but it was sold out. Ended up paying more for deluxe superior double.

We travelled in a group of 4 women for DIY trip. Upon arrival, was told both rooms were upgraded to premier. Well, the size are the same except the ocean views.

Housekeeping was a mess. 9am to 5pm is the duration for makeup room. The rooms were not completely cleaned. Our welcome fruit plates were not taken away, some shower gels were not replaced, the rubbish in the dustbin were not taken, the wooden laminate floor were sticky and dusty. Made a complaint and action was taken soon.

The receptionists are good and helpful. Willing to listen to feedback and willing to assist especially on taxi.

The interior of the hotel is good.

The gym is great. The swimming pool is also my favourite except no toilet or shower area.

The hotel can do really well if they genuinely upgrading their services as hotels are really competitive...

I recently stayed at Havia Hotel, and I have nothing but positive impressions. The hotel provided me with an excellent experience, from the friendly and attentive staff to their attention to detail.

Firstly, I would like to mention the high level of cleanliness at Havia Hotel. The room was meticulously clean, and the bedding and towels were fresh. I felt very comfortable in such a clean and well-maintained environment.

Secondly, the breakfasts at the hotel were simply delightful. I enjoyed the variety of dishes offered, which were fresh, tasty, and of high quality. The restaurant staff was attentive and quickly catered to my requests.

However, there is one minor downside that I would like to point out. There was occasional loud noise in the corridor, which could lead to early awakening, especially if there were children present. Although it was a minor inconvenience, the other positive aspects of the hotel made up for it.

Overall, Havia Hotel provided me with a wonderful stay with excellent service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality accommodation with delicious food and caring staff. I will definitely return to Havia Hotel on...
