Ya-sao coffee — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

The place itself is very nice and a bit hidden and felt very cosy but unfortunately we didn't have a very good experience with the service. It was very unprofessional and very badly handled. It never happened to me such a situation but to be honest I feel like it needs to be addressed.

We ordered two passions fruits smoothies which were very very yum and well made by the other adult owner, but the moment the kid started making the Coffees, he totally messed up everything and made us wait almost 20 minutes for two Drippi g coffees which weren't made the right way and that didn't even drip a single drop of coffee as he put way too much coffee instead of water. I honestly didn't appreciate either his not very apologetic behaviour although I told to make them again. I understand this is apparently a family business and they were maybe training their little kid to take over the job but they shouldn't be putting a little kid working in the front of a Coffee if he doesn't know basic mathematic or just how to make coffees and handle simple bar organisations.. He should be instead outside playing...

Great coffee shop with nice view, good organize. The coffee and the nice view make you more relax. You can also work in here with laptop, smart phone because electric power pot everywhere, you will never be afraid power out :). The wifi signal also...
