Hang Múa Village Homestay — Hotel in Ninh Bình Province

We stayed here two nights to see the natural areas in Ninh Binh. Mr. Cai is extremely helpful and made sure that we had everything we need and that we had someone to contact if we needed help while traveling around. He helped us find our destinations and helped us arrange travel back to Hanoi. He even got us a better price on travel then what we saw online! What a nice guy 👍

Talking to Mr. Cai, we learned he opened in 2020, so he had to survive for a couple years before things got back to normal. We are happy to see things going well now. Lots of foreign tourists were happily staying there, and Mr. Cai was had no trouble communicating with everyone. This made everything very easy.

Overall, it was a very good value for what we paid and it will be a great memory. Much better vibe than the busy cities, you could stay here for a couple weeks and just enjoy the pace and friendly atmosphere in this area. Location was convenient but mercifully a few blocks from the loud, busy main strip. Rooms were comfortable, with AC, heat and a softer bed then the swanky hotels we tried in the city.

Family run - Winner! Cai and his wife Lan run the show. What Cai lacks (currently ) in English he makes up for with enthusiasm and helpful nature. Aside from the obvious bikes and scooters he offers tips, will sort and fix things in seconds and is so keen to improve his English so take the time to talk to him and you will be rewarded. Rooms are clean and fresh (new in 2020) good shower, heater, pressure etc a very comfy bed, proper towels, stocked fridge, ceiling fan and ac and all rooms are around the pool. Food is honest and tasty made by Lan or her sister. I have suggested alternate breakfast options… Location is central for most...

We stayed at Hang Mua Village Homestay from 4th - 6th May and we had the best time there. The owners were super nice and very warm. My Cai, (we call him Mr Smile) is a really nice gentleman who will make your stay so wonderful. His wife makes the most yummiest food and we had all our meals from there the whole time we stayed. The rooms shown online are exactly as is, spacious and super clean. Walking distance to the Hang Mua Caves and about 4km away from the Trang An boat tour. Plenty of grab vehicles nearby.
