Title: Disappointing Experience – Misleading Information and Poor Conditions
Our recent stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. There were several issues that made our experience unpleasant:
Misleading Hotel Name: The hotel’s actual name is [wstaw poprawną nazwę], but it was only partially listed as "[część happy]" on Booking.com. This caused confusion when trying to find the property.
Incorrect Address: The address provided on Booking.com was inaccurate, making it difficult to locate the property.
Room Conditions:
We were given a room without a window, which was not mentioned in the booking details. The room had a persistent musty smell, and there was no proper ventilation. While the room had air conditioning, it did not help with the stale air. We had to leave the door ajar or open for most of our stay just to get some fresh air.
The room size was much smaller than advertised. It was supposed to be 25 m², but it was significantly smaller.
We booked a Deluxe room but received a Standard one, which did not match the quality or amenities we expected.
Returning to the room after being outside was always unpleasant due to the stale and unventilated atmosphere.
Unfriendly and Unhelpful Staff:
The staff were not welcoming or helpful during our stay.
We had already paid for a Deluxe room with two beds, but the staff asked for additional payment to switch rooms, even though we had proof of payment. This created unnecessary stress and frustration.

I had a terrible experience at this place. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff couldn't communicate in English and seemed uninterested in helping. The place smelled awful—like a strong, unpleasant odor as soon as we walked in.
Despite booking through Booking.com, we were told there was no room for us when we arrived. We were advised to confirm with Booking.com, but there was nothing to confirm on the platform. We had called multiple times before to confirm our booking, but received no response.
After we left and found another place to stay, we noticed they attempted to charge our credit card, which fortunately got declined. When we finally got a response, the staff was rude and unhelpful.
On top of that, the address they provided was wrong, the area felt unsafe, and the place was nothing like what was advertised online. It’s a total scam. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Worst...

The airport transfer, which was booked by the hotel, initially went as planned, but even here, the lack of support was evident.
