I booked this guesthouse due to my parents budget expectations however my room as a double was almost the same price as their family room. The staff barely speak English and their reception desk is often unmanned. Upon check in the owners younger brother couldn't confirm my reservation and asked to produce my agoda reservation. This was a bit of an issue until one of his siblings was like oh sorry he doesn't know anything I've got this and proceeded to check us in. We had a hire vehicle yet they could only provide sketchy details on offsite garage arrangements.||||I was given room 202 which was probably the worst room in the place. I was given this because I overheard them say that they hadn't cleaned the rooms on the first floor to give me any of them despite it being past 2pm. The rooms bar fridge did not work and the shower did not have hot water despite my parents room having it. The room was incredibly stuffy and the air conditioning unit claimed it was on but does not actually produce cold air. The bathroom is unventilated.||||The light in the hallway was never on despite that they knew we were staying on the second floor. The furthermore light didn't even have a bulb in it.||||I've stayed at better guesthouses in Vietnam before and I feel vastly overcharged for the room I received.
