Disappointing Resort Experience – Not Worth the Price
I recently stayed at this resort for a 3-day, 2-night package that cost nearly 4 million VND, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience.
The room was old and poorly maintained. The floor looked worn-out and tired, and there was a strong musty smell upon entering. The bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet with stained rims. The water temperature was impossible to control — it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. To make matters worse, the drain was clogged and didn't flow properly.
The balcony door was broken, difficult to open or lock. Even if it worked, it wouldn't matter — the balcony had no view at all, only a plain wall from the adjacent resort.
The air conditioner was outdated and emitted a damp, unpleasant odor while running. The ceiling fan couldn't be adjusted — it either ran at full blast or was off entirely, and it made loud noises when operating. As for entertainment, the TV had no internet access and only offered a few basic channels — very disappointing.
At night, there was a karaoke group singing loudly, which completely ruined the relaxing atmosphere. What’s worse, the resort sends out a notice asking for permission to be noisy when there’s a large group, but small groups like ours get scolded for any small noise. That double standard was extremely frustrating.
The buffet breakfast was bland and uninspiring, and the lunch food was poorly cooked and barely edible.
Overall, this resort did not live up to any expectations of a relaxing getaway. For the price we paid, it was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this...

Perhaps they like the ACs working inside. Food is average, pool is hot after the day. Russians are 50% of guests, but it was fine. There are plenty of restaurants and spas around. If you are seeking for parties - it's not a good place to stay though. Families with children are the most public here. During weekends be ready to observe and share space with local people. They have celebrations and teambuildings all over Mui Ne, and its getting quite loud during this time. But generally we have enjoyed our stay. Maybe because it was our first time to visit Vietnam. We will definitely return back, but probably to the hotels nearby (Anam, Sailor's Club, Bamboo Village... ). Oh, yes. The weather was great, 99% sun and sea throwed waves on us from the ime to...
Read moreI stayed in the 3-storey building, not the bungalow and this is definitely the worst destination in my life. Everything is so old (silly arquitecture, old fashioned decorations, antiquated facilities) that you cant imagine it still exists. That old TV is not a smart one, so you cant watch youtube or netflix. Water faucet is broken, then you can use only the shower. All faucets are rusty and has calcium dirt. The rear part has a space for you to chill around insects, like cockroaches, mosquitoes,.. watching the "beauty" of rustic and very tall wall. And there is a loving couple of cockroaches inside my room. I cant do anything but wish them to be forever happy. My coworker stayed in another room caught a snake 👏👏, in another room cockroaches and mosquitoes and so on. The outside scenery is good (big swimming pool, green space to walk around, small dining room but good view, near the sea) But above all, it's too...
