Johnny Spa — Local services in Phan Thiết City

I visited this spa twice – once for a facial treatment and once for a Vietnamese massage with aloe. Overall, I really enjoyed both experiences. The service is excellent: upon arrival, you are welcomed with a herbal foot bath and treated with coconut and mango. After the session, they serve you ginger tea and a small cookie, which makes the whole experience very pleasant and relaxing.

The massages themselves were great, and the Vietnamese massage, in particular, was done very professionally – the therapists are truly skilled.

The only thing I would suggest improving is the choice of products for the facial treatment. The products they used felt quite aggressive or low-quality – my skin was stinging a lot during the procedure, and afterward I ended up with irritation. Since many tourists with different skin types, including sensitive skin, come here, it would be better to use neutral, hypoallergenic products. For example, micellar water would be a safer choice, as it is gentle and suitable for all skin types. Products with alcohol should definitely be avoided, especially on sun-exposed or sensitive skin.

Becareful with the staffs, they take ur bracelet when massage

2nd, we have problem with the staff who provided the service for us, not the owner.

3rd, we paid via bank, the time is 23/4 18.30, so that is the time we used the serviced

Finally, the bracelet was with my mom for over 10 years, that why we have to say something to warn other tourists: if you do not want to lose your memorial stuff, keep your eyes on the staffs here

Here is what happened: On 23/4, 17.30-18h30 my mom and me went to Johnny spa, we ordered body massages for each for an hour. Mom said the staff did a very hard massage on that hand so she had to tell her to make it more tender. She doubt that the staff had already took off her bracelet (which can be taken solftly after pressing the lock) and was trying to steal her ring by that time too, but thank god the ring was kinda tight. I have never in my life left a bad review of anywhere but I feel obligated to help protect others. I went in intending to get my legs, under arms, and brazilian wax, but only ended up doing my legs and under arms due to exorbitant pricing (and thank god for that!) this was the most painful wax i’ve ever encountered (and only on my legs, I regularly get brazilians and they’ve never been this painful). it took twice as long as any wax i’ve ever had and there were two women working at once. they were obviously not trained in this due to the pain, their confusion, and constancy giggling and laughing. when it was over the did not adequately remove the wax at all and both my legs are still almost entirely covered. it’s a couple hours later and there are patches of skin missing from both legs, broken blood vessels, and even some bleeding. and the hair isn’t even all gone. especially considering the price, I find this not only unacceptable, but unsafe. i’m sure their other services are fine, but do NOT come...
