Hoàng Cầm HOTEL — Hotel in Vung Tau City

The hotel has only one plus Is location

Too loud

Room is not clean and bed linen is not fresh I asked to clean the room and change linen They didn't do it I stayed 10 nights Thks God I had my linen

There is no hot water Solar system So no sun No water After 3 pm never had hot water

Weak WiFi Other guests used it in the hall or reception I had my mobile data

The hotel owner tries to be so helpful by messaging But did nothing useful

I guess they are not Vietnamese Or not Asian All my previous hosts did all their best for guests So may be they are not from Asia , that's why don't care ... they gave me room without window U must be fascist to let person stay so long term with no light and fresh air I booked with window They asked deposit I paid online fully With non refundable fare So they just give my staff hole not a real room

Its my 3 month in Vietnam And first such a bad hotel On the left and right side of this place there are hotels with same price And even cheap With normal conditions

I tried to make the room comfy with my own stuff

And First day I saw the rubbish from previous guests I waited they cleaned it But no

When I decided to take it off myself I open it and it was full of insects eggs Huge colony inside 😱 Means it's here few weeks

I even couldn't touch it And brought the cun...

We stayed for a few days . Place is clean we arrived on Thursday and wanted to stay 4 days. First 2 nights we paied $9 per night which we consider a reasonable. But for Saturday and Sunday they wanted almost a double amount which is simply too much for the place. ||Resist the rooms with the balcony , as they lead to te intersection of two busy streets- very noisy .||Also across the street is a huge karaoke with unending supply of local talents.||They start at 10 am and end late night.||Receptionist was very pleasant lady, spoke good good English . Wifi worked.||Back beach extremely polluted with pieces of garbage, plastic and food floating every few inches. ||Glass ( like light bulbs) in the sand . It was unpleasant to look at it, we would not put feet in this water. Front beach much cleaner but...

I lived here for more than a week and it was a real pleasure! I can’t even describe how kind the host is, the family that maintains the hotel is very helpful and understanding 🥹 They made my vacation in Vungtau even better! The location is absolutely perfect! You can easily get to the beach, find some food, medicines if needed, etc. the rooms were also good! I lived in two rooms, especially lived the second one on the 6th floor. Btw they have an elevator. The area is quiet and peaceful, the traffic is not that active. In future when I come back to Vungtau I will definitely stay...
