Very nice place to stay at ; one of the cleanest I have been in Vietnam so far. Staff is really nice and helpful. Very good value for money. Only cons and very big for us ( and why I put 3 stars instead of 5 in the service part) is that the WiFi is veeeery slow, barely working (sometimes not at all)...and even though we booked a room with high speed WiFI (which we paid extra for) ..it was a big problem for us because we had to work from the hotel very often and our video meeting would not work. We especially paid more for a service that we actually really needed and did not get. But if you are coming on quick vacation, the slow WiFi is not such a huge deal. Pool on the rooftop, a bit small but still there with a very good view on the city and pool is clean. I would come back ( but not if I have to work and only for a few days). Also...
Read moreI stayed at La Casa Boutique Hotel in Vung Tau and found it to be a charming place only about 10 minute walk from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made for a welcoming experience. The hotel itself is cute and cozy, and I thought it was a great value for the money. However, I did upgrade to a lake view room, but unfortunately, the small lake was completely covered in greenery, so there wasn’t much of a view. Also, the rooftop pool was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, which was a bit of a letdown. They do offer motorbikes/scooters rental at 150k/day (however, the scooter that we got was a bit "weak", it only managed about 30km/h when we rode up the hill to the lighthouse, and its brakes needed to be squeezed tightly in order to work).
