Fallsway Suites — Hotel in Lusaka Province

I stayed at this property during my recent business visit to Lusaka. The place is conveniently situated midway between the airport & the central business district of Lusaka. I chose a 1 bedroom suite which comes with a living room, a study area, bathroom cum toilet, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including a functioning cook top, oven & a refrigerator. The suite was very neat, well maintained, serviced daily & is spacious enough for a small family of 4, at a very reasonable price. The facility has ample space for car parking and in-house laundry & food delivery services. The airport transfers and check-in/check-out were super smooth. The reception & housekeeping staff were very courteous and responded well in-time for all requests that were made to them. The Director of the property communicated with me & I think that's the key reason one could experience superb customer service with all the employees at all levels. I look forward to staying at this property again & will highly recommend it to business as well as leisure travellers for short as well as long duration...

Fallsway Suites is my new home from home from now on. The living room and kitchen is completely separate to the bedroom, which are both spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool was sparkling clean and a true life saver at the end of my day.|| Looking forward to my next stay....
