I had a unique experience. While I appreciated the traditional Chinese hotpot style, I found it challenging to navigate the various flavors and ingredients . Since the food is cooked by the customer, it would be helpful to have a guide or recommendations for non-Chinese diners on which herbs and seasonings pair well with each dish.i felt a bit lost in this regard. On a positive note, the quantity of food was generous and filling. My favourite was the fried rice, which was delicious. I also appreciated the traditional Chinese tea, served without sugar, which was a refreshing change. The watermelon dessert was sweet and a nice ending to the meal.
