Dalma Garden Mall — Local services in Yerevan

Avoid “Scechers”, rude, impolite, as the management in the office. You never enjoy your shopping there. I bought pair of Scechers for my daughter. Its 100$ or more. boorish toxic shop assistant, impolite. They had a technical problem with pos terminal, became very angry of this, began to demand to pay cash in rude form. Spoiled all the process of shopping. I called to the office, particularly it’s a shop in other mall, nobody wanted to hear anything, I made a post on FB then they came to say - they don’t understand and they checked cameras and found everything ok. So like always in Armenia- this girl is sister or niece of somebody, so they can not punish her for her unpleasant behavior. My daughter tried many pairs of shoes and me too, before we bought one, you cant imagine how unhappy they were for bringing us that pairs, different sizes. This is a warning to any tourist or foreigner looking to rent in this neighborhood. DO NOT stay in this area.

Dalma Mall has expanded their parking lot - since they did so in 2024, the parking lot has become a racing track for cars that do donuts at 3:00 am. We have lived here for 3 years and since they did this, we have not had one single night of rest. Waking up to screeching tires every single night is not a fun experience.

We have contacted them for a year now, and asked them to put gates on or cement posts to prevent cars from doing this but a year later, we have just been lied to and ignored.

They have no regard for having a mall in a residential area and they continue to expand the mall. Money hungry with no respect for neighbors.

Add the car noise to the stray dogs barking all night in the parking lot, and the impossible traffic it causes in our little street, and you have the worst...
