The tour is very friendly, her english is super! She did an amazing work

The receiption girl is totally the different, she is super rude and she does not explain well , she just started with us with the highest tickets rates without informing us that there is many packages. SHE SHOULD NOT SELECT THE PACKAGE ON BEHALF OF US. super rude and she does not deserve to be the first image of Ararat Museum.

Ararat Museum is very nice! Historical place and very taste Brandy 😍 their security are good people. But the main issue with us with this receptionist girl who was super rude with us. She have to smile once she see any visitor, she was laughing at us once we asked about the packaging options! She is super rude.

I will recommend people to visit Ararat Museum if in case this girl is not in her position anymore. Super rude and she does not deserve to be Ararat Museum...

Bad experience. We arrived there, we are tourists so OBVIOUSLY we don't know how it works, we ask for tickets and the "smart guy" with few hair and glasses at the reception asked us if we have reservation, we say we don't have and we didn't know we needed it and he says "well no reservation no enter" and "now you know!" with a very aggressive and "smart" tone, as if we as tourists should know everything about your museum as if it's some holy place. It would have been fine if he said that with a normal tone and not trying to be the smart guy. Then the guy realised he wasn't being funny and he said something "I'm just joking, here is how you can book it" but at that point we didn't care anymore. Learn how to treat tourists otherwise your country will never...

We are not into brandy. Actually we don't like brandy. But thanks God we said yes to this tour. With very low expectations we headed to the Ararat Factory/Museum. We were immediately greeted by the lovely guides. Museum is nicely built, a beautiful building and a cool sanctuary in July's heat. The tour guides were lovely, patient, well informed. The tasting at the end was both delicious and fun. It took only 2 hours to change our opinions about the brandy. We ended up buying several bottles of brandy and no regrets. Since brandy plays an important part in Armenia's social life, a visit to Yerevan is meaningless without going to Ararat Museum. Opt for a premium tour, spare at least 2 hours for the...

I have been on many winery/spirit tours. This was one of the most enjoyable tours I have done, apart from Laphroaig in Scotland which was out of this world. The tour. Well, it introduces you to how they make the brandy, how many political leaders visit the factory ( from Yeltsin, no surprise there, to Putin and George Clooney) and how Churchill drank a bottle a day. So so and pretty boring. Then you get to taste! The aged brandy, a generous measure, is just nectar, accompanied by dark chocolates. If you are lucky you may be sat next to visitors who do not drink. And then the value of the tour expands exponentially. Particularly if you have fun fellow drinkers. Best museum in Yerevan by a country mile.

Jemma, your energy and passion lit up our visit to the Yerevan Brandy Factory. You didn’t just guide us, you brought the craft to life with every story and detail. Your warmth, knowledge, and enthusiasm made the experience unforgettable, and we left with a deeper appreciation for both the brandy and the heritage behind it. A heartfelt thank-you as well to the museum staff for their professionalism and hospitality, their care and dedication were felt at every step. The museum’s design is stunning: elegant, thoughtfully curated, and beautifully arranged to showcase the history and craftsmanship behind each bottle. Together, you created a truly memorable experience. Nasibeh and Forough From Iran 🤗🥃
