A modern and very well maintained sports facility in Lightsview, with 5 spacious multi-purpose sports courts. The building was completed in late 2019 but it still looks pretty new.

There are several meeting, function or community rooms inside the sports complex too. There is a cafe nearby the entrance with plenty of seating.

The lighting system is well designed and all the 5 courts are perfectly illuminated and with sufficient headroom for carrying exerercies like badminton and volleyball etc. In this regard, I rank these 5 courts to be the best community sports counts in Adelaide.

However, this sports centre doesn't provide gym room like ARC Compbelltown, the Parks YMCA (24/7 gym) and St Clair YMCA (24/7 gym). There is no swimming pool in this sports centre, so in this regard the Parks YMCA and ARC Compbelltown excel as they both have swimming pools.

There are a lot of outdoor parking spots so this is definitely a great place for doing...

We were at the far end of the badminton court to play badminton. The net that separates the volleyball court and badminton court was barely stopping the volleyball from getting smashed over to us. There was a 2-3 meter wide gap allowing the volleyball to get through. Within an hour of time 15 times it came over with force, once it smashed to my head, I was resting and the volleyball twice went on to our badminton court during our game. It creates a significant safety hazard to us. I raised my concern to the onsite staff, but the protection measure he provided was a very low triangle thing that gets put on the floor and does not stop the volleyball from coming through. Picture attached, I hope Lights can improve on these safety concern quickly before anyone gets...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Basketball Facility!

I absolutely love Saint Claire’s recreation center! And definitely recommend it. The courts are top-notch, with smooth surfaces, excellent lighting, and well-maintained hoops. There’s plenty of space for players of all skill levels, whether you’re here for a casual game or serious practice.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and the atmosphere is welcoming to everyone, from kids to adults. I also appreciate the variety of programs they offer, including coaching clinics, pickup games, and leagues.

Clean locker rooms and seating areas for spectators are a bonus. It’s a great place to have fun, stay active, and improve your game. Highly recommend it for anyone who...

Very good place for sports and other community events. Basketball, netball and volleyball courts are aplenty and well maintained. The rooms/halls upstairs are multi purpose built. Cafe at the ground floor serves nice coffee and nibbles. Ample parking spaces available.
