Yo-Chi — Local services in Adelaide

I faced the worst customer service ever.

I went here on a Wednesday night around 9.45pm. It was my first visit to this store. I wanted to know how I can get some yoghurt served and approached one of the girls from the store to only get a cold shoulder. Then I spent some time reading all the notes and labels to understand how the serving happens at the store. Then when I went to make the payment, the same girl was at the cashier. I saw the loyalty member board and asked from her whether she can add me up on the system with my mobile number because the app was taking time to load. Then she rudely frowned and said “we are closing now and I need to close the till”. I made a payment of $20 just to get chasen away. I’m surprised to see her treating us that way. May be because we have brown skin, because she did treat well the other customers. I won’t step into this store again. Rather visit other ice cream shops around where the staff knows to great and treat customers nicely.

It would also be good if there is a scale that shows the weight of the item we buy. Otherwise we just pay whatever the amount the cashier says. And also please mention somewhere what your cost is per...

Come here quite often and love the flavours and variety of toppings. Most of the staff is nice and welcoming offering you samples as you walk in. One particular staff member, brunette, slickbacked ponytail, a bit heavier is extremely rude and gives rude looks to customers. I find this disgusting and she should work on her service. Another issue is the biscoff. Please put this back on the heating plate and when you put the biscoff on it is just one fat clump and makes it heavier therefore more expensive. Yochi always tastes great, but unfortunately, the service seems to have declined. We asked if we could get a large takeaway tray for sharing at home and took four small bowls to eat there. However, the staff refused our request without explaining why.
