Ramsgate Hotel by Nightcap Social — Hotel in Adelaide

The Ramsgate Hotel is very accessible to Henley Beach as well as the local Henley Square facilities and dining venues nearby. Beware that on Friday and Saturday nights the Hotel brings DJs to play and it gets very, very loud. Aside from this, my stay was delightful thanks to the approachability of staff on sight who were able to assist me with my suitcase up the stairs and support my medical condition needs (such as refrigeration/freezing). I just wish the shelf in the girls bathroom didn't accidentally drop my glass facial wash bottle and they replaced the light in the unisex toilet. Keep up the positive staff energy, clean bedsheets / towels, well vacuumed corridors, and complimentary drinks/water upon arrival. Overall, very happy...

I absolutely loved staying for a week in the Ramsgate Hotel. The environment was very friendly, the staff very attentive specially the housekeeping team, Christine, and the receptionist guy that helped me when I left my keys in the room. The amenities where very clean, the bathroom were always spotless, the common area with a microwave, hot water, bottled water, coffee and tea and a terrace to enjoy the view. The pub music was not loud at all, could sleep perfectly in the comfy bed. They don't have parking but that was not a problem because I could always find in Main Street early morning and evening to park without restrictions. Very conflicted with how to rate this hotel. The decor, location, attention to detail in the ensuite room we had and the staff were faultless. The noise on the other hand was shocking. We were warned prior to payment that stays over a Friday/Saturday night “might” be impacted by the nightclub that runs in the venue underneath. We were supplied with earplugs. Even earplugs couldn’t cut the noise enough for a comfortable sleep. There is definitely no escaping the noise. |Would I go back, yes. But absolutely no way would I go back on a Friday/Saturday.
