I first discovered this gem through my pastry chef trainer at school, and I’ve been coming back ever since for all my cake decorating needs. They have an incredibly complete selection of items—cake tins, cookie cutters, coloring, colored fondants, cake boards, cake boxes—literally everything you could need to create beautiful cakes and pastries. What sets them apart is their amazing service. The team is always extremely helpful and takes the time to give each customer personal attention, ensuring you find exactly what you need. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of great products and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend Cake Tinz N Things to anyone in the baking or decorating world :)

I would have definitely given 5 star as the lady who assisted my purchase couldn’t have been nicer couldn’t have been friendlier! Unfortunately I wasn’t given a slip of paper advising me return time for tin hire is 10am. Whoops sorry I didn’t realise!! The lady serving me was very nice and appeared to understand. Then standing in front of me was a very angry lady speaking to me like I was a convicted felon out on day leave even insinuating I was “ lying “ about not receiving this piece of paper she was waving at me. All I wanted to do was leave the store before any more customers walked in, but no , on and on she went . Such rudeness all over a cake tin !!! Really !!! Wow must have had a bad day . Amazing little shop, with so much to choose from! I was attending an awesome workshop in the training room next door, and was given an opportunity to have a quick look around and purchase a few things. The staff were super nice and very helpful. Very reasonable prices as well! It was very busy inside (which I love to see with small businesses), but the ladies got the customers through the tills quickly with no stress, whilst still providing service with a smile. I was very impressed!
