It was a really bad experience when the staff came in with a truck full of garbage, shouldn't they be emptying it and go to pick up another's rubbish? don't understand why they come my place with the car is already full? Then I want to cancel, and the most dramatic thing is it is gonna be cost $299 for the cancellation fee.

Then the area is also an orally estimate, no matter how many cubic metres, it is what they say even there is no more space put in the car, there is no standard. In the end, staff put a couple of little things in the truck even there was no more space in the truck, and it's estimated that it takes up took 3 cubic metres, I don't know how they caculated it, even though there's absolutely no space in the car. It's totally irrational,It's so OTT.

They only moved two small cabinets, an bbq stove, and a small chair, it took less than 10 minutes to move into the car, and charged me for $369.

The payment method is also very unsafe, no EFTPOS machine, directly on the phone to ask for the card number, not safe at all.

Really poor service, will never never never use their service again, nor recommend it.

JUNK are performing a great service should you ever require their services. Their communication throughout the entire booking, reminder , arrival and completion processes are 5 star. The team lead by Connor on our specific job were polite, professional, friendly and went above and beyond to complete the removal in a short time frame. Superb work ethic which is obviously a result of strong leadership within JUNK as a company. I genuinely believe you would find it challenging to contract a better team than the JUNK team. We chose this company for our fathers estate clean-up because of the promise to be helping the community. What we actually experiences was all smaller items (kitchen stuff, clothing etc) tossed into the truck and smashing, with no packing involved and larger furniture items deliberately kicked in and broken to make it easier to load.
