A friend suggested we meet at the Botanicafe for brunch, neither of us having been there previously. I am so pleased we made the decision to try this fabulous cafe. I was initially skeptical as I am vegan and wasn't sure if they would cater for me. I needn't have worried as Vicky couldn't have been more helpful to cater to my needs. She offered me multiple yummy vegan choices and as I was just feeling like something light. As soon as Vicky mentioned a toasty with vegan cheese I was won over. Also very impressed that they had vegan cheese!! I decided to have cheese, tomato and mushrooms and it was so, so yummy. The time that Vicky took to make sure I received something that I wanted and to check back with me before I left to make sure i was happy, was wonderful. A delightful cafe with a warm and friendly owner. I will be recommending Botanicafe to friends, especially vegan friends. Thanks Vicky, see...
Read moreReally really disappointed with the service and food. Wanted to zucchini and corn fritters was told they ran out..fine okay and so I order the vego breakfast. What I'll say about this situation is a) the girl at the front didnt even suggest to me the zucchini slice which is a similar alternative. The other waitress cleared my table but didn't ask for my order. Come on you guys! Pick up the slack on service! B) vego breakfast which on the menu had poached eggs did not have poached eggs at all they were more soft boiled when they came out, spinach which I substituted weren't even fresh and few. Tomatoes were sliced too big. Overall service and food was appalling..never coming...

The food was nice, but nothing to fancy, only let down was the sour dough...
