Sunny Meats — Local services in Brisbane City

I’m a regular staff member since day one and it has been few months and few times, I’m receiving the wrong meat from them. I’m asking for lam leg and they are showing me the same meat but when they go inside to make piece for me they will bring me a curry meat, I used to not say anything because we have Wahed customer service but this time I have enough of their bully. Last time when I mentioned to them that they gave me wrong meat they said, won’t happen again but they keep repeat it. This morning when I asked for a lamb leg and Wahid took the meat inside to make piece but unfortunately there was a another rude guy name was (OMAR) he gave me the wrong meat again. And this time I opened the meat bag right in front of them and instead of apologies he was yelling at me that you are not coming everyday so don’t complain what you got. I said, I’m paying money I don’t take it for free plus I’m coming here because we think it’s a Halal meat and we want to support our own ( Halal) Muslim people we don’t come there to get bully or being rude to customers. All we want is to be treat nicely and be honest with customers. Otherwise you will lose your customers with this kind of customer service that they are doing atm. I don’t know who run this company but management really needs to pay attention for their staffs ...

There is another butcher shop very nearby, so perhaps some reviewers here have a case of mistaken identity . I haven't ever shopped at the other, older butcher shop. Sunny Meats, which is the halal one, have given great service, and willingness to cut steaks to my preference. This shop looks and smells very clean, and I have never seen any insects whatsoever. The two men who have served me were polite and friendly. Their meats are well priced and I would recommend this...

Pros: Clean & clear interior. Really like the shop design. Workers aim to please. Cons: Competitive prices - actually more expensive than other local average butchers. Quality is ok... not as fresh as I'd like though since the chicken wings I bought were dry and sour. Quiet store at the end of the shop. Judging by character, I sense a shortage of honesty and a lack of diplomacy for being defensive about the business and the kind of responses back to customers. Won't be...
