Very dangerous place. Do not take young children. The danger starts as you enter the car park precinct, Asian drivers that speed or go slow are the issue. Indian/Pakistan drivers not knowing where to turn or when They simply just can maneuver a car correctly. This causes wide turns and nearly running you over. Carpark is a dangerous place here. Once you find a Carpark and walk inside, the freshly moped floors can be slippery. Walking through the shopping complex or even individual stores are just like the Carpark!. Shoppers walking slow and you can't get past them. Other shoppers forcing their own way past you or the slow shoppers, which can cause trolley-collisions. Small children in or around the trolleys can become innocent victims in this shopping rage. Heading back to the car, in my experience, the trolley collection service are clearly out at the back loading docks having a cigarette or 4.... This picture below shows that I had to walk around the 50m length of trolleys (yet to be collected) forcing me and my 2yr old daughter to walk on the roadway, around the trolleys. This was nearly a hospital visit due to a particular driver of Pakistan appearance, running the stop sign doing about 50km/h. I had to jump out of the way and yanked the arm of my child so we did not get hit !. This caused pain to my child and they cried all the way home.... very dangerous situation because of uncollected trolleys. May I suggest a speed bump to be installed at this stop sign, as I noticed not one car stopped out of 10/12 cars. Could not risk my life again nor my child's to find centre management. ! I do not recommend to take children here unless your sick of being a parent or seeking financial gain from taking the complex or driver to court.

I have had the best experience shopping at at Sunnybank Hills Shopping Town for the past 25 years the food court is great the size of the isles in the shopping center are large enough for disabled aceds and the lavatories are always very clean. The center management’s all very well apt keeping up the modern facilities especially the parking there is always plenty of parking even during peak times but the school zones are far away enough not to cause congestion and close enough for school time pick up and drop off the shopping center has excellent prices and large variety of shops to choose from. I have all my needs medical and shopping gifts buying food for cafeteria coffees with friends and family shopping grandkids love the entertainment on holidays the staff are always polite helpful and friendly service is always good food also always good can’t complain or find fault at all. Great job.

This local shopping town has been a part of my kids’ lives since they were little, and it’s still one of our go-to places. It’s clean, spacious, and quiet—perfect if you enjoy a relaxed family shopping day. With Aldi, Coles, Woolies, an Asian supermarket, and a market all in one place, plus a Kmart, I can’t imagine what you’d be missing for daily life. It really has everything! Just needs more restaurants, though Subway has stood the test of time here. I’m really happy with this spot!

I love Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre for so many reasons this is my number one go to place for shopping for the awesome experience of varieties of popular stores and product lines available for the price comparatively to any other Areas as once it was per area code prices changed eg. Woolworths/Coles Logan Central was always cheaper than say Sunnybank or Mt.Gravatt. Now Sunnybank Hills has one of the cheapest and professional service also store varieties available all under one roof with FREE PARKING availability’s never a problem, underground parking is very clean and easy to get the sizes and they have markers for available parking. It has levels of parking for convenience for fast stores choices for expedients for the busy lifestyles of some people who just like to drop into shops and go directly to their choice of stores and do a quick grab express self service payment and courteous staff always extremely professional and knowledgeable helps make your experience easier and more pleasant every time. I love the way I can go to 1 - 5 or more grocery stores and always get the cheapest groceries available for a convenient one stop shopping centre. Get delivery to your door for a fraction of a $ note. The variety of stores allows me to do anything and everything from physical therapist appointments to podiatrist appointments and doctors and X-ray to blood tests, prescriptions and general groceries and gifts for any occasions.! I love the variety from Jewellery store to kids clothing and toys and adults of all ages and sizes and styles or tastes to the yummy vast choices in the food court for a snack on the go while shopping or a nice experience with a sit down lunch or a cup of coffee/tea/milkshake and many more options in cakes/slices for any diabetic to Celiac or lactose free and any other food allergies take into consideration so you can experience the variety of food with a friend or family members while you have the ability to shop for anything you need or just simply want to experience of all your medical needs and appointments in the same complex and grocery/gift/furniture/photos/banks are a great range for choice and stores alike. It also has a post office and anything else you can think of. That’s why I chose to do all my shopping and medical needs at Sunnybank Hills...

Customer Service Centre ?? I don't think so. Due to trolley's left strewn on the 4th floor carpark, my car has hit them (and no. they were certainly not in trolley bays). As this is a usual occurrence on level 4 I contacted customer service and spoke to Ava and explained what had happened. She told me that they take no fault in this and that it was up to the supermarket who left them there. Fair enough. However, she then told me that she would have to follow up with the security team/videos to prove which supermarket they belonged to. She also assured me she had all my details and would ring me back (ha ha). I informed her I had a quote to fix my panel which was $600.00 + GST. Long story short, I spoke to her time and time again with the same answer - still trying to seek footage. I then emailed Centre Management and got a reply from the Operations Manager Dyllan who provided me with the following details : Unfortunately, due to privacy laws, we are unable to provide footage directly upon request. We recommend informing your insurance company or reporting the incident to the police. If the police need to request CCTV footage on your behalf, we will be able to provide it directly to them. You should be ashamed of yourselves referring to customer service? For what? As I replied to the "operations manager", why was I informed numerously by one of his staff with incorrect information, mmm. Or was this just to shoo me away. You guys are useless. I'm sure I'm not the first one to complain about this. Pathetic. Won't be parking my car at your 'shopping centre' any more. Deal with your supermarkets etc and take some...
