On Thursday of last week I Purchased some gravy beef for my slow cooker. I have cooked this many times and never had a problem. On this occasion however we were not able to eat it as it was very tough and stringy . At $25 per kilogram I expected top quality meat . Unfortunately I was mistaken. Rude, Ive been spending $100 a week here for over 10 years but the young skinny blondeish guy is such a smart ass im thinking of just going somewhere else

Last week I asked him for 1kg of steaks and he did 1.5kg, when i said i only needed 1kg he said... "Why cant you afford it" and laughed loudly in front of my child

Now im a single parent and a disability pensioner so it was really quite embarrassing, ill take my business elsewhere at this point until hes gone. 👋

Maybe he should keep is smart ass...

The best butcher by a mile . Quality is the key & the service from the staff is A1. Always helpful & friendly with a great knowledge of products & what cuts are best .
