Extremely Disappointed – Will Never Return! I’m beyond disappointed with this cake shop. For Father's Day, I ordered a $300 cake a week in advance. When I went to pick it up, it was nothing like the cake I had ordered. The design was off, and the specific decoration (balls on top) I had requested wasn’t there. When I asked the girl why the balls were missing, she responded in a completely shocking way, saying it didn’t look good. What? I showed her the picture I gave them, and she still didn’t put them on. I was in a rush, so I let it slide, thinking maybe it was a one-off mistake. Fast forward to today – I ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday, and again, what I received was not what I ordered at all. The design was all wrong. I took it to the manager and expressed my frustration, telling him that if they can’t make the cakes the way they’re asked to, they should be honest with customers and stop taking orders for cakes they can’t produce. After all, we’re paying real money for these cakes – it’s not a free service. One thing that would make a huge difference is improving your customer service. It’s the least you can do to show some respect for paying customers. I’ve given this place multiple chances, and I’m done. I did not get what I ordered - the flowers in the top part is what I ordered as pink but I got the ones in the bottom part as shown in the photo; - I ordered fresh strawberry to be inside the cake but got only canned/frozen cherry inside the cake.

They raised the price of the cake 2 hours before when I should pick it up. So I had to accept it as I did not have the time to order new cake from other store.

We had negotiated the deal and requirements for this 10 inch cake through phone message and they had agreed all the requirements for the cake, although majority of the agreement was not matched.

The only good thing about this store to me is probably that it opens until 8pm. If you do not have to pick up the cake late, I would recommend you to order cake from other more reliable...

I suggest everyone to not to go there👎👎👎The owner has no respect for his customers, he shows that he's the richest and the wisest person in the whole world. Few weeks ago my friend and I went to order cake for my daughter's birthday. Bcoz of his behaviour I had to cancel my order and asked for a refund, he harassed me a lot. He said I'll refund you whenever I get time DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO, IF YOU WILL GO THE COURT THE LAWYER WILL CHARGE YOU $1000.. What the ** man.
