Jamaica Blue Westfield Carousel — Restaurant in Cannington

I’m outraged. I went to Jamaica blue in Perth, Carousel. I had sat down with me, my mother and my sisters. We were having a girl day out. My husband just divorced me. My sisters were trying to cheer me up. My sister orders a lemon lipton ice tea, pepsi max and two skinny latte deals. That came with a hot cross bun. We received our coffees and a table sat down next to us. They ordered just as we got the coffee. We waited to get the hot cross bun. We only only received one. We reminded the server she was carrying other plates. she then rudely said “this is NOT for your table”. We knew that we were just reminding. We waited then the coffees on the table next to us arrived. Still waiting for our hot cross bun. We reminded the person on the till she said “It’s COMING”. We waited and two of us went to the bathroom.whilst there I reminded the man of my hot cross bun. He then just walked away. He then came back holding a hot cross bun and gave it to the said table next to us. He said “it will come later”. I had waited 15 minutes at this point. My sisters came back from the toilet and we asked for a refund. He walked away saying nothing. He came back with a 2 dollar coin and slammed it on the counter saying nothing. He then said “it was two dollars with the deal.” We then walked off hungry and almost in tears. This ruined my day almost as much as my husband did a week before. Outrageous. Can’t believe this. I will not be coming back. My busy place of work that’s massive has better service than this tiny cafe. Even the hot cross bun that we did receive was...

I just recently visited carousel today and wanted an ice coffee and simple cheese toastie and was closest to jamacia blue. I am highly dissapointed in my order which as i was in a hurry was take away to eat at work. Upon arriving at work i oppened my "cheese" toastie i had seen there is tomato present. Now i am not allergic to it however once you want something if you get something else it makes your experiance the worst. My ice coffee with "ice cream and no cream" has cream and no ice cream which is awesome =( and as it was that thick cream floating at the top when iy was handed to me i was under the assumption it was ice cream...

We chose a sausage roll each, a vanilla slice each, a latte, and an iced coffee. Very nice gentleman served us. Latte arrived, then sausage rolls arrived. Then a lady came to our table and said we had been undercharged $4 on the vanilla slices and she wanted the $4. She said the nice gentleman wasn't proficient at the Till. We paid it. Vanilla Slices arrived. They were quite nice. And then the iced coffe arrived. All a bit strange. Never before had a 'cafe' experience like it. You would think that good PR would prevail if they found the nice gentleman had made a mistake - our original credit card payment was $48.71. They must really have needed...
